Samaha and Company, Inc. was established in New Jersey in 1991 to provide consulting services to Owners, Developers, Lenders, Asset Managers, Operators, Architects and Interior Designers within the Hotel and Resort Industry. Peggy Samaha has over 35 years of Design, Project Management and Technical Services experience doing projects throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and Pacific-Asian areas.

Samaha and Company, Inc. is a proven catalyst for integrating the miscellaneous needs of those parties mentioned above while balancing the functional, aesthetic, financial and critical timing elements necessary to successfully renovate or outfit a new hotel facility or an existing property. We in effect will manage the entire FF&E process by thoroughly staying on top of the critical timing of interior design documentation by providing our comments and critique on exactly how this documentation should be developed in order to maximize the utilization of these documents by the entire project team. We will flag important early purchases, review vendor bid prices, verify purchase order information by comparing it to the design documentation, note appropriate attic stock inventories, and supervise the FF&E receiving and installation process for either new hotel/resort construction or renovations of existing properties. We also apply our practical knowledge toward the preparation of necessary reports, which supplement the overall analysis required to reposition a property into a new market segment or properly evaluate a hotel property for acquisition purposes.

Before the establishment of Samaha and Company, Inc., Peggy attained both corporate and academic positions with internationally recognized Hospitality Industry leaders, including Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Hirsch/Bedner Associates, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Inter*Continental Hotels Corporation (IHG), and VMS Realty Partners. This strong foundation of successfully completed new development and renovation projects provided the basis for which Samaha and Company, Inc. was formed and continues to grow.
